Last U.K. order date for Christmas 2025 is Saturday 20th December

Many items of jewellery are held in stock and can be shipped within 1-2 working days. However, this is a small business with lots of lovely variations on offer, so many pieces are made to order. Silver items are usually ready within 2-5 working days, and online stock numbers for gold vermeil pieces are currently accurate. If an option is out of stock it will be made in the new year of 2026 and then sent for plating - this may take up to 15 working days. If you need something in a hurry please get in touch before you order and everything possible will be done to meet your deadline.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail trackable services for insurance purposes. These require a signature upon receipt, so please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery address. Delivery from the date of dispatch (not the date of order) is next day by 1pm within the UK and 7-10 working days for international addresses.

Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to new EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), I and many other small businesses can no longer sell items to those within the EU or Northern Ireland. I really hope there will be a solution to this issue soon...

Packaging and gift notes

Your jewellery will come in a branded box and is packaged in a plain padded envelope with only a return address on the back. If you'd like me to send your order directly to a loved one I can add a note from you. Simply choose an alternative delivery address and let me know what to write in the 'Customer Notes' section of your order.

Refunds

If for some reason you would like to return your purchase, send it back unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days. Do get in touch before doing so to see if I can help in any way and so that I know to expect it. Orders placed in November and December are subject to an extended returns period - simply get in touch with your order details and return the items by 15th January the following year. Refunds will be made within 7 days.

Orders for goods which have been specially commissioned, customised, or personalised in any way cannot be returned.
