Some jewellery is held in stock but many items are made to order by Alice. If it's in stock then it will usually be disptached within 2-3 working days of placing the order. Some items (such as rings, bangles, or gold vermeil options) can take a little longer to make & will be dispatched as soon as possible (within 2-3 weeks at most). If you need something in a hurry get in touch before you order & we will do all we can to meet your deadline.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail & higher value packages by trackable services for insurance purposes. These require a signature upon receipt, so please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery address. Delivery from the date of dispatch (not the date of order) is next day within the UK & approximately 7-10 working days for international addresses.
Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Packaging & gift notes
Your jewellery will come in a branded box & is packaged in a plain padded envelope with only our return address on the back. If you'd like us to send your order directly to a loved one we can add a note from you. Simply choose an alternative delivery address & let us know what to write in the 'Customer Notes' section of your order.
Refunds
If for some reason you would like to return your purchase, please send it back unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days. Please get in touch before doing so to see if we can help in any way and so we know to expect it. Orders placed in November & December are subject to an extended returns period - please get in touch ASAP with details & return the items by 7th January. Refunds will be made within 7 days.
Orders for goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.
